We had to stay here for a funeral and The Holiday Inn Express next door was all booked up. The hotel room was clean, although it smelled like someone was smoking at the front desk. There was no elevator so you have to walk up stairs if your room is on the second floor. It was an average hotel.

The hotel was very clean. Bed slept very comfortable. Will return to the hotel on another business trip.

Rude, greedy Ops Mgr. Taking advantage of the pipeline work that is happening up there. Charging whatever they think they can get away with in "hick" town with no amenities! Baymont in Hendersonville much friendlier. Would not give them any business no matter what!

The staff was extremely rude. We were in town with our ball team for the state tournament and the staff was hateful to our parents and their children. They say that hospitality is their number one goal, but they seem to need a refresher course on what hospitality implies.
