If you do take a chance on Canyon of the Eagles, I hope that you don't need to make any changes due to family illness, as they are 100% inflexible. They don't have a general manager (not surprisingly) or customer service. If you're thinking about staying somewhere in the Texas hill country, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere...

Ultra pet friendly, clean rooms, friendly staff! Our stay was wonderful! So dark and peaceful at night, no tv. Good food at their restaurant. Entertainment was good! All in all just what the doctor ordered!!!

We were very impressed. We enjoyed their easy-walking nature trails for a couple of hours. They are flat and well-marked.
