This Hotel was great BUT the train that goes by every hour on the hour at night caused us NOT TO SLEEP. Because of this I WOULD NOT stay again which is really unfortunate because the staff and hotel were great.

This Hotel was great BUT the train that goes by every hour on the hour at night caused us NOT TO SLEEP. Because of this I WOULD NOT stay again which is really unfortunate because the staff and hotel were great.
My husband & I stayed here this weekend while visitng our daughter at A&M. We thought we were going to have a romantic adult weekend in a historical hotel. What we got was train noise so lound we were awaken every 1 and half or so by the blarring train whistle and the party goers down on the outside courtyard....

This is a lovely Boutique Hotel nestled in downtown Bryan. The rooms & bathrooms are decorative, clean, spacious and very comfortable. The staff employeed there seem to be mainly young adult students attending Blinn and/or A&M, but they are ALL so welcoming, pleasant, accomodating to one"s needs and professional in their own young way. The hotel offers a complimentary drink...

I love old classic hotels and the LaSalle fits the bill however it does have a minor drawback and one major drawback. I booked a jr. suite to find a large room with a bed and another small room with a double bed. The positives of the hotel was a large room, nice furnishings with a flat screen tv and...

We stayed here based on a recommendation from friends we made at the Messina Hof tasting room. Nice hotel in downtown Bryan that has been restored. We stayed in Room 204, which had two corners of windows for a great view of downtown and courtyard.
Happy Hour specials, free drink coupons and “cookies & milk” at night made it a...

This is a nice property in the heart of Historic Bryan, Texas. The rooms are very nice as is the bar. But the employees are the greatest. They were all very nice folks willing to help. The hotel is located within walking distance to good food and drinks. Some mention the passing train, gotta tell you that if you will...

We like to stay at the LaSalle in downtown Bryan. It is nicely restored. Two drawbacks: it is very overpriced on game weekends and parents weekends, and the rooms do not have WI-FI, just a wall connection with a short cord for the internet. I like the happy hour in the early evening. Train noise does not bother us; it's...

The LaSalle is wonderful from check-in to check-out. The street noise and trains were a little bit noticable at first but we quickly were able to ignore it. We were in a king suite on the top floor which was perfect for us and our son. The milk and cookie reception nightly was a huge hit. Breakfast in the morning...

Let me start by saying, I'm okay with train noise. This is the biggest negative I see noted about the LaSalle Hotel, but it shouldn't stop you from coming here. The queen suite is absolutely wonderful with it's jetted clawfoot tub and views of downtown! The staff is so friendly and helpful and the bar is a nice place to...

Step away from the cookie-cutter chain hotels and spend a night at the historic La Salle Hotel in downtown Bryan, TX. Lovingly decorated with pleasant colors and a combination of new (TV, bedding and art) with a scattering of antique furniture. Extremely pleasant staff. Comfortable beds. Complimentary reception in the evening, cookies and milk later. Free WI-FI. The lobby is...
