This hotel was one of the nicest I have seen in a long time. It is a new hotel and they are taking good care to keep it looking that way. The room was spotless, had a huge shower with a glass door, very comfortable bed/bedding, large tv, nice sitting area, and refrig./microwave. I saw two different rooms (King suite... More

The hotel staff here is incredibly friendly and helpful! They instantly made me feel at home. The hotel lobby and my room were pretty, restive, and very clean. But the walls were too thin! I could hear everything on both sides of my room! I could hear the man or woman snoring behind my headboard. And I could hear the... More

I traveled here on business. The hotel is very well kept and the rooms are very comfortable. The staff was very helpful, whether it was something we needed with housekeeping or something Kristen at the front desk could do it was always great service. Definitely a great hotel andwould highly recommend it to anyone in the Bryan area.

Booked the room through Priceline. We were assigned to a handicapped accessible room on the first floor near the lobby and some service stairs. Doors banging all night, combined with a large gap under the door and very thin walls made it difficult to sleep.

Don't think twice about your past views of a Best Western as this hotel will exceed all of your expectations. New, clean, fantastic rooms and decor. Walk in showers, great breakfast options, bar....the works.

I have stayed at other hotels for which the Happy Hour had free snacks. There were NONE at this hotel. And the prices were a bit high ... no discount on wine?? I have had free wine at hotel happy hours. Couldn't you at least step up to a discount? As sleep goes, the beds were great and I genuinely... More

I enjoyed staying at the Premier property. Best Western has really stepped it up a notch on room service and quality. Although the premier property is a bit pricy, you get the added amenities that cover for the extra cost. I liked how this property is settled on an newly developing area. It has gas stations near by, an Ihop... More

This is an above average Best Western property. It is in good repair and fairly clean, except for some dusting that seemed to have been skipped in my room. This hotel had some very loud guests at very late hours, which is not the hotel's fault per se, but hotel staff was unwilling to do anything to modify the behavior... More

This hotel is a very nice addition to the range of newer hotels in the B/CS area. The room is nicely appointed, spacious, and clean. We stayed in a slightly larger "suite" that included a fold-out couch, which was nice as we were traveling with the kids. The breakfast was your typical higher-end "breakfast-included" fare. If you want to order... More

My wife stayed at this hotel over the weekend (31 Dec - 2 Jan) and were VERY surprised by the quality. When I made the reservations online I was somewhat doubtful of the "Three Stars". All of my childhood memories of staying at Best Westerns were filled of sub-par rooms, uncomfortable beds, dirty showers and just wanting to get out... More
