Although we only stayed one night it was great. We were traveling with 3 children (8, 11, 13) for spring break. This was our last stop before making it home. The service was super, the beds were super, the cleanliness was super and the price was super. There isn't much around the hotel, but was well worth the $80. The... More

We stay there every time we visit Bowie. Always clean rooms, quite, and the breakfast is pretty good. No complaints.

This hotel was very sharp, clean and smelled fresh. The room where I stayed was clean with fresh smelling sheets. The room had a 50 inch flat screen TV, Microwave, Coffe pot and Refrigerator. The only item I missed out on is breakfast area had everything but eggs. I do like eggs for breakfast. If I ever return to Bowie,... More

I stayed in this hotel for a "stay cation" so my family could all come out and swim and enjoy the indoor pool during the 110 degree days. We got an extremely nice jacuzzi suite. So nice in fact that the jacuzzi was in a separate room that looked like those dummy doors to an adjacent room. Full size fridge... More

I rode in the Hotter N Hell and was driving home when I realized I was too tired to keep driving. Luckily, I found this Best Western. Darlene was an excellent representative of the company: very helpful and extra nice. Next time I do the ride, I'll be certain to get a room here.

We picked this hotel while visiting family in the Bowie area. It's right off the highway so easy to find - however, it's a one-way street to get there, so it's odd and out of the way to get out of the hotel. We stayed in a queen suite with a kitchenette. It had two queen beds plus an empty... More

The room was okay. It smelled a little like smoke, even though it was a non-smoking room. The bigger issue was the door not latching! No matter how hard I pushed it, it just wouldn't! I had to lock the bolt to keep it closed. Would have asked for a different room, but the desk worker said they were booked... More

Have stayed at this location in the past. Very clean, comfortable room. Lobby is beautiful, full hot buffet breakfast in 2 restaurant like rooms. Nice outside area to sit. 99% of the staff was very accommodating and helpful, however the morning checkout clerk was blunt and expressionless. a/c unit somewhat noisy, but all in all a recommended hotel.

I typically only write reviews for really nice or really nasty hotels. In the middle of nowhere -- Bowie, Texas -- is a little Best Western that's as nice as any Marriott. Go for the king suite; it'll cost you just a couple bucks more. Oh, and the breakfast was surprisingly good, too. Management must have responded to the nasty... More
