On Super 8's website this hotel advertises updated freshly painted rooms through their room pictures; however, this is not what we experienced. We had some plumbing problems and had to switch rooms. The manager was polite and switched our room right away. The TV didn't work, but the manager came and re-programmed it. Traveling with a pet we are limited sometimes to places to stay. I don't understand this. Super 8 is pet friendly so we recommend them to our friends.

As we rounded the corner to the back of the motel to room 126, there was a drug deal going on, minutes after that we saw the person in the room next to us open the door and except money fom the gentleman leaving her room....we opened the door it smelled like urine. Wyndham Rewards rates this a 3rd tier Motel...can't imagine what a 1 or 2 tier would be. We had a non smoking room that reeked from nicotene. This Super 8 is perfect for those traveling through the area and would like to avoid the expense of staying downtown. It was very clean and looked as though furniture and fixtures were relatively new. They also had a microwave and a fridge but I believe that's standard in all Super 8's. Last minute trip to the Opry, found this Super 8, in the process of a breakfast room, and room remodel. Were leary at first, but the front desk assured us the Breakfast Room would be ready. Our room #205, upstairs, was clean, the bed was comfortable, all the appliances worked great. No problems, except a drippy faucet were found.
