These cabins are not private and are filled with broken furniture and hot tubs!! They do not fix things at all and leave trash everywhere! Hot tub, pool, and spa were also dirty and broken and we could not use any of the amenities at all! These people are awful and would not recommend them to anyone!! Worst vacation ever!

incredibly clean, smelled delicious, prompt customer svc, easy check in/ check out, value for your money, even though you are miles away...you will feel right at home...so tempted to purchase a cabin with the same views within the area.

The cabins of the Preserve are very enjoyable-comfortable, well appointed, centrally located for visiting the Smokies, Gatlinberg, Pigeon Forge, etc. The views are wonderful; the hot tubs relaxing; the beds comfortable. We had a wonderful stay.

I was disappointed in the 3 bedroom cabin we rented for various reasons. It was not very family friendly because of the stacked floor plan.
