Our tour group stayed there two nights October 23 and October 24, 2011. Our shoes stuck to the bathroom floor, very nasty. My husband and I stay quite often at Holiday Inns and is always really good but this place was awful. Several people in our group complained about how dirty it was. More

Courteous, friendly greeting at front desk. Very helpful with suggestions about restaurants. Room was spacious, very clean, updated, and in excellent shape. Bed very comfortable. All in all, a wonderful experience! More

I checked into this hotel about 11:00 p.m. without a reservation. The hotel was ok, satisfactory in many ways, clean and safe etc. but the breakfast was definitely a disappointment. It was a comfortable place to stay for one night while we were on the road but not outstanding. More

We had to fight with the room door to get it to open, not entirely unusual with the electronic keys they use these days. We were down from New York for a rowing regatta in nearby Oak Ridge. We found the hotel convenient to all. The continental breakfast was fresh and ready at 6:30, which was important for the rowers being that we were on a schedule. The hotel staff was accommodating and friendly in every way. We called the hotel from road and were switched to a national reservation number. It was terrible service. Had to repeat CC number 3 times and each other number or address two or three times.
