The hotel room was clean and comfortable. The parking space was so crowded we could hardly find a spot to park. The breakfast was average. The view from our room terrible. It snowed one night and I wanted to open the blinds to enjoy the view. The comode was such a distraction I closed my window.

We were in the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area for a wedding and needed a place to stay for a night. This place had rooms available. They were very clean. They also offer free continental breakfast. The lady that checked us in was very helpful and friendly. I would stay here again if needed.

Over all this was a nice hotel. The vending machine took my money and did not give a drink but I was able to resolve the issue onsite. The bathrooms are small and the shower head had a pink film on it, bleach needed. The room was overall clean and appeared to be recently renovated.
