The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean when we arrived and housekeeping did a nice job each day keeping it clean. We had a small issue with the toilet, but it was fixed immediately. We were impressed with the value.

Motel was very staff friendly. Anything you needed staff would get for you. Had all accomodations for cooking in your room if wanted. Breakfast was very good and filling. Beds were comfortable. Clean rooms. Close to attractions and shopping. Price was great. Would recommend to anybody. Great going Vacation Lodge.

Short story not very friendly. The breakfast is ok but its the same every day when i booked the room manager said breakfast bar. Then it was eggs and biscuits and gravy in a crock pot. Pool side had lots of chairs but most were broken. Pool is nice and warm though. I hope you dont like watching tv either.... More

The service we recieved was excellent .The room was the best an largest we have ever stayed in. Clean an well kept .The breakfast was very good an the cook was very friendly and curtious. Housekeeping was wonderful to us . We will stay here again . The price was most reasonable

Our room was very clean and felt very comfortable when we walked inside after checking in. Located on the main strip, we had no trouble getting to anything! Loved the fact that everything was so close. Prices were very fair. I recommend anyone to give them a try!

My husband and I booked this hotel knowing nothing about it, other than it was in out price range. We have had a great romantic weekend here in Pigeon Forge.
