We have stayed here with family several times. It is always clean and quiet. They have made several upgrades since last year. New lock on front door, washer, dryer, dishwasher, vinyl tile in kitchen, and stove. That is it. Vertical blinds in kitchen were broken. Back porch should be replaced. Stair are still squeeky. Stayed in a Pinecrest Condo (through an RCI exchange) in late July. Only minutes to Smoky Mountain National Park, which was the reason for our trip.
