As expected for an updated old hotel, nothing special. The desk clerk brought the extra bedding for the sofa bed out to our car as we were unloading so we could carry it up ourselves. Sorry for the inconviencences you experienced at our hotel. The clerk was not using good judgement when he thought he was saving you time so you would not have to wait for the bell person to be freed up. He has been instructed not to repeat this. “Great hotel just far enough off the beaten path......”

“Nice, quiet stay in Pigeon Forge”

This was a nice quiet hotel for our last minute weekend get-away. The staff were very friendly and the hotel nice and clean. There's not really anything special about it, there are so many hotels in the area and there isn't a possibility of a view. It was nice though.

“Great Stay”

My family recently stayed here for vacation. It was Very clean, Staff was very friendly and polite. The hotel had lots of information and maps for local attractions which was very helpful Breakfast was really good,they offer a variety for breakfast. They have an indoor pool, which was clean and well kept. Great Rates also. I definitely recommend staying here.

After driving for ten hours and arrived at Holiday Inn Express,we were greeted with a warm smile and friendley faces.our room was ready and had help with our luggage. The room was clean and had a wonderful view of the mountains.Staff gave us lots of places to visit .
