We stayed at this hotel April 20-22 ,2012. The staff went out of their way to accommadate us any every way they could. The staff was very friendly and personable.. If we make it back that way again we will diffently stay there. The rooms were clean. Beds firm. What a weekend my family had....thanks again...

We enjoyed our spring break at this hotel. We were treated very special, the staff was always willing to assist us with any directions, and always helpful to suggest family activities for our budget, and very clean. We especially enjoyed the view while we were swimming at the pool, it was breathtaking!

Chose this hotel because information indicated views of the the surrounding Smokey Mountains. Located right on the strip, but up a hill on a secluded lot. This was a last minute booking for us. But we had an awesome time. The employees went out of the way to make our trip special. They made a sign for us wishing us a happy anniversary. They also helped my husband find a romantic place to take me for dinner.

My wife and I stayed over the Thanksgiving Holidays and were very happy with the hotel and staff. Everything was clean and service was excellent.
