This hotel has been remodeled and is very pretty. The dining room is inviting and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The desk clerks were very knowledgeable about the area and things to see and do. We took their advise and were not dissappointed. Will stay there every time we visit the mountaings.

Enjoyed a getaway to the Smoky mountains, great king suite, very large in size, wonderful accommodations; restful sleep; plenty of room to relax after a long day of sightseeing. Visited Dollywood, many wonderful restaurants, and enjoyed my stay immensely!

The Hampton Inn in Pigeon Forge was very clean and comfortable. In the morning, they serve a complimentary breakfast with hot food items. It is conveniently located to the many theaters,restaurants and shopping in Pigeon Forge. Looking forward to staying at the Hampton Inn the next time we visit Pigeon Forge.

Wow, this is the best (or one of) hotel stays ever. Our room was sold out so we got upgraded. Incredible suite, lots of space, extra sink/vanity outside of bathroom, very clean, set off road, free breakfast, great value. If we come back, we'll stay here again.

The lobby was still under construction but the rooms were done and looked very nice. Was upgraded to a suite due to Hilton Honor's which was a pleasant surprise, the suites are like a one bedroom apartment so we could totally relax in the evenings. The staff was pleasant and will stay here again in the future.
