I booked a room thru an online service and then was asked to pay for the room when I arrived. I did not realize my secretary had paid for the room when she booked it. I was able to contact the management at Comfort Inn and the online booking service. Comfort Inn refunded my money within one week!

This was the BEST hotel my husband and I have ever stayed at. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the breakfast. We've stayed at the Comfort Inn on many occasions to visit family. Got room for $71 and was leary of anything so inexpensive. Was pleasantly surprised--great staff, good room, complete breakfast. Many restaurants within walking distance of hotel. Will definitely return.
