Enjoyed overnight stay. Appreciated downstairs room for stairs-challenged seniors. Innkeepers were gracious, provided everything we needed and had fun visiting with them. Lovely home with beautiful furnishings. Had fun playing the piano! Convenient location, near Carson-Newman Univ. and several interesting places to visit. Bountiful breakfast of delicious food, attractively presented.

Wonderful, welcoming hosts. Comfortable home, furnished to the highest standard. A pleasure to be guests in such a beautiful home. Breakfasts were excellent, either at the dining table or outside on the porch. Nothing was too much trouble. We would certainly stay again should the opportunity arise.

The Minnis House felt like “home”. The bed was so very comfortable. The home was beautifully decorated for Christmas, and filled with comfortable furniture. Breakfast was great and coffee was always available. Everything was very clean, each room as it's own bathroom. The innkeepers were just wonderful and I will definitely stay again.
