Staff was wonderful. Room and bed were nice. Bistro had good food with reasonable prices. Unreasonable, no microwave or fridge in room. Large daily fee for in room internet. Parking was very expensive.

Came to nashville for business. Hotel was conveniently located to airport and within walking distance of restaurants /bars. Excellent service both at the front desk, as well as miscellaneous issues that came up. Minor complaint: no towels available in the gym room and the bathrooms could be updated and modernized.

Had a very good one night stay at the hotel. I thought the hotel was a little better that the average reviews I read would suggest. While this is an older facility, the premises are updated and very clean. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The location is very central. I would stay here again.

We stayed at the Sheraton Nashville Downtown for two nights at the end of April. The staff and concierge were friendly and helpful, the hotel really well located for an easy walk to the Ryman, music bars etc, and the room was spacious, clean and comfortable.
