Awful. I was only there from 9:00 at night until 5:30 in the morning The hotel is very dirty. Elevator was worse than a service elevator. The smell of the lobby and hotel room was musty and stinky...slightly vieled by a cheap odorizer to make an olfactory cocktail that was putrifying. Went to check some emails and the internet did... Dear Floridalesters: I'm sorry for your negative opinion and experience. I wish I would have had the chance to address your complaints as I am hearing them 1st on Tripadvisor. I do apologize if staff was not responsive. If you do have anymore details regarding that experience feel free to contact me. As we are renovating there will be some... More

I don't say this hyperbolically, it has been my worst experience at a hotel. First we get into the hotel, late and tired from the drive and we got overcharged. We ended up having to go back down and asking the front to recalculate the price and he admitted to charging us improperly and did not even give us a... More

Normally I would not respond to a comment like this but I need to to demonstrate and expose the mind set and the malious intent of this. For the record this guest did stay here but their claim is false as our claim can be verified through BW Corporate as they did try to make this claim with them but... More

Dear Maritza: Every now and then it becomes difficult to explain the obvious. Meaning that we have known for awhile that we need to remodel and that is ongoing as you were here and as there is no way that our intent or efforts can be disputed. Since progress is happening we still have to be able to provide rooms.... More

Stopped at the Best Western Plus in Whitehouse, TN on the way down and was SO pleased we looked for a BW when we decided to stop and visit Nashville on the way home. This one was such a disappointment. The pros are that it is downtown and within walking distance to the downtown sites. It is inexpensive, has internet... More

Thank you for your response and I would like to add aother "con" being that the property is currently in total renovation and will be exceptional when completed. As I did not hear about any of your issues (while you were here) however, I do apologize that you did not enjoy your stay. I'm sure after this project is completed... More

This is a budget hotel in downtown which is conveniently located within walking distance to everything. The hotel was quiet, clean but in need of a makeover. It looked like our room had been freshly painted but the carpeting and furniture needed updating as well. It is set up like a motel with outside entry from balcony. We found this... More

My husband and I stayed here on 4/28 while in town for the Ziggy Marley (he was incredible) show at Marathon Music works (cool place). That was only a $6 cab ride plus tip. I was very nervous after reading these reviews. Had no reason to be. It's a small, clean hotel and they have valet or self-parking. There was... More

Elvis Rox: I was so glad to see your review. It was well thought out and a complete assessment of what we are currently doing and the direction we are going. I thank you for admonishing the staff, as they work very hard under sometimes extreme conditions with the renovation, they always are willing to go the extra mile. The... More

Average hotel that is within walking distance to the music strip. You do have to pay valet parking, but it was only $10.00. Typical breakfast food that was fine. It is in need of a face lift, but it was a cheaper option than other downtown hotels.

I needed a room near the convention center for one night. Booked through Priceline and got a great rate. The hotel has valet parking, walking distance to the convention center and on a relatively quite intersection. The bed was comfortable. The was room clean and had a fridge and microwave. For what I needed I am very happy. The ding... More

The worst place we have ever stayed. Didnt get room we booked. Room was nasty, carpet was so dirty had to wear socks to keep our feet clean. The beds were a joke, no sleep that night. Had to pay for parking (not an option). Way over priced for a dump like this. Run dont walk from this place!

Thank you for your review. As I do not recall any complaint while you were here it would have been beneficial to have had the opportunity to address them. As we are renovating we do understand that some will be bother by that and some will understand that there are negatives when you tear down something to rebuild it up.... More

1 night stay, April 10th check-in. We booked a room with double beds - room was much smaller than pictured on the website (of course most are) and the bathroom is very small. Upon arrival, we found that one of our towels was dirty. I took it downstairs and the girl that replaced it for me rolled her eyes and... More
