No it's not the Hilton, but it was clean in general...Like all budget places, carpet had some stains. Bathroom was clean and modest. The place is on "lock-down" at night so you need your room key to drive in and out after the gate comes down. Honestly, i thought that was somewhat appealing. Overall, the area seemed quite okay and... More

(confirmation number) and told me there was no rooms available at the time I walked in, then I walked around the hotel just to be curious there were 6 available at that time I told about it. And... I'm usually not one to write a negative review but this story needs to be heard. On a work related trip with four other friends we decided to stay here. We called ahead and the girl attendant on duty was extremely kind and deserves an award for putting up with her boss. She made no fuss about having an extra... More

This place is terrible, when I called they said they had a pool, when I arrived the pool is closed. I've been here a week and they still haven't cleaned my room, they offered me the use of their vaccum, If you need clean towels you have to beg for them. I'm leaving this dump as soon as I can... This hotel had wonderful prices and the room was decent. The a/c didn't work well though. The pool was nice as well. On our first day the check-in desk said that the pool was open as we were walking to our rooms we noticed the pool sign said closed til ? I have 3 small children just wanting to get... More

I wouldn’t have risked Thrifty Inn if it weren’t for the generally positive reviews here. It looks a bit “sketchy” from the outside. But it’s fine. In fact, for $40 a night, it’s a deal. Rooms are big, beds are okay, and breakfast is minimal but…well, edible. Yes, there is jet noise in the daytime, but not a problem overnight.... More

WE booked this Room From the INN's website, and after we had drove four hours to come down to CMA FEst 2010 we went out to eat and then came back to get some shut eye, so i lifted up the blanket to get into the bed and out came an open wrapper of a raincoat , so to say... More

Im in shock that this place has gotten the reviews it has. I took the advice of other travellers and boy was I disappointed. This place is old and dirty. I was embarrassed that given the timing of our trip, there weren't other hotels to go to. I was with my girlfriend and didn't know what to say the whole... More

I have been loyal to this location for years.. always enjoyed kindness of staff, in particular Theresa, who went out of her way to help me on many occasions. We found the hotel had changed hands shortly before our spring break trip in 2009, our regular price was honoured but Theresa & most of the staff gone. (I found her... More

The room is spacious and very clean. The furniture is not modern but clean and not broken. Carpet needs to be changed but it is very clean and does not smell. The service and cleaniness of the hotel is what impressed us. We expected the worst and got a very clean room that was very comfortable. Staff was very helpful... More
