We enjoyed our stay at the Radisson with the exception of a few minor things - *No fridge in the room (we like to be able to bring drinks and not haul around a cooler) *Indoor pool was either not heated or just way too cold. I couldn't get in, however my husband and son did, but complained the entire... More

I really don't understand the negative reviews.. I guess everyone has an opinion.. We had an absolutely wonderful stay.. we went on Memorial Day weekend.. We were there to record a CD. The staff put all 3 room together, on first floor, facing the atrium and swimming pool. King rooms, very clean, sleep number beds.. my room had a problem... More

This Radisson is like a tale of two hotels. There are the inside rooms that face an open and covered atrium with a large pool and dining/meeting area. It almost has, on an infinitely smaller scale of course, a Luxor feel to it. Unfortunately, for every one of those rooms is an outside, motel-like room. And it is those rooms... More

I considered staying at the Opreylamd resort until I discovered the quoted hotel price didn't include parking or a "resort fee", which together added another $37 to the before tax room rate. The Radisson was considerably cheaper PLUS a free shuttle takes you to the resort, so you can enjoy the gardens, waterfalls etc. for free. Our room was very... More

The first guy we talked to at check in was very rude. He seemed very put out to check us in let alone answer any questions about the shuttle. I just gave up and came back later to ask my questions. All the ladies I talked to after that were very helpful. The location was great. There is a free... More

Very noisy with bus and car traffic. This is the first outside room where if there was a fire, you have to go back into the building to get out!! The walkway to the rooms is very narrow. There was always a cleaning cart you had to scale around to get to your room. The bathroom was very small. You... More

On an overnight getaway for our anniversary and thought we'd take our little one to the zoo. We researched the area and chose the Radisson for the overall look and location. We were less than thrilled. We booked online and chose a King interior room, both of which were unavailable. We settled for an exterior room with two double beds.... More

Very nicely kept beautiful hotel. Front desk staff though busy was very helpful and friendly. Wifi was a little shaky. Great location right across from the grand ole opry and opry mills mall. They have a free shuttle bus to transport you. Only complaint was the room was cold and the air was difficult to adjust.
