Expensive and awful, would have left had it not been 3 in the morning and we were so tired. It was clean but ripped up furniture, lock broken, shabby sheets. Seemed more like a rent by the hour place. Nice front desk though.

The hotel isn't fancy or brand new. That said, it was very clean, the staff went out of their way to accommodate us when we arrived early. My wife and I were in town to visit our son who is at Vanderbilt. Only 12 minutes to campus and Jack's Barbecue was across the street. We'll be back.

The staff was amazingly helpful and the room was fantastic!! We decided on this place because the prices were reasonable and where it is located is very convenient to the downtown area. I will definitely stay here again whenever I go back to Nashville. Thanks again for the awesome stay!! Keep up the good work!!!

Service at this hotel always has been great. This is my 6th year staying at the Regency. Rooms are clean and comfortable and rates are reasonable. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Definitely recommend to others.

I had to give the hotel a 1 rating, because there were no zero options. For beginners the prices were jacked up because of Nashville CMA festival. I don't fault hotel on this, they all did it.
