Based on this hotel, Fairfield is not the quality we have experienced over the past years. Room had a weird smell, couldn't quite figure it out and hotel seemed in need of a do-over. Close to Grand Ole Opry and Gaylord Hotel ($20 to self-park). About 20-25 minute drive to downtown Nashville through some not-so-nice areas. Would not recommend.

You can tell this Fairfield is aging and could use some updates, but, for a short term stay, will meet your needs just fine. My daughter graduated for TSU this pass weekend in Nashville and we stayed at the Fairfield Inn Opryland. The hotel manger Leo reserved our room, found a room for one of my family members that awaited to late to make reservations and put all the rooms together. Leo was great and his staff was awesome. This is my 3rd time staying here. It has always been clean and the staff are great. They know the area well. Very nice and friendly. The hotel was clean, our rooms were clean, and close to the hotspots and restaraunts.

Nice hotel with friendly service. Indoor pool and workout area were nice amenities. Free continental breakfast every morning was well organized clean and had 2 staff members attending to it every morning . King size bed was overly soft. Location great for highway access into town. We enjoyed our stay !

Unfamiliar with Nashville, we chose the music valley location instead of downtown. It turned out to be a good choice for us as we are past the drinking all night in a bar phase. We were three and went for the suite with two doubles and a sofa bed. Glad we did although it is really hard to move around with the bed extended. I like this hotel although the Fairfield in Gatlinburg was nicer. It had a nicer breakfast than this one with waffles and hardboiled eggs. This one just had breakfast sandwiches... More

This is a clean hotel in a safe area with a nice breakfast and comfortable beds. I found the breakast to be more than adequate-the cofffee was good and they also had Jimmy Dean breakfast biscuits that you could heat up in the microwave. Was checked in quickly and staff was very friendly. Was hardly at the hotel, the accomodations was ok. Beds were comfortable but kind of small. Woke up in the morning to a very slim selection of breakfast items. Would have been nice to wake up to discounted rate to stay another night cause we might had taken advantage of that.... More
