I would highly recommend this hotel. The rooms are large and well appointed and the atrium/lobby comfortable. The Manager's reception is a nice added touch (who turns down free booze?) and the cooked to your choice breakfast is an added benefit as well. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Checking in was a very pleasant experience. The person who helped me check was Jacinta. She was very helpful. She was able to find me a none smoking room even though that I had by mistake booked a smoking room. She understood my concern and made the proper booking for me being that I am allegic to cigarate smoke.

Attended a convention at the Nashville Airport Embassy Suites. The service was excellent and the banquet was exceptional! I have been to many convention banquets and have never had better food than this. The only concern I had was the slow internet service, but the hotel management assured me they will be looking into it.
