I held the Nashville Music City Jam at this hotel and we were blown away. The staff was wonderful and the hotel accommodations were superb. I'd give 100000 stars if I could...that's how great everything was! We couldn't have been happier! We will be back!

I like Holiday Inn Express Hotels except for this one. We stayed there overnight on 4/7/2012 and received bad service. I had a family emergency and had to cut my trip short. The hotel charged me for the full two night stay even though I didn't stay there and were completely unwilling to work with me.
