Can't understand why this place rates so highly on Trip Advisor. We have stayed at a few different places in the Grampians over a number of years, and this one was very ordinary. The surroundings are pretty and the wildlife abundant, but the same goes for most places you can stay at in the Grampians.

Stayed in a standard room. Don't look like they've changed since 1983, very worn. Makes the room, especially bathroom, feel unclean, though didn't seem to be. Staff were pleasant enough. Stayed one night, cheap for an over nighter, and you get what you pay for. Fine if you're only going to sleep there and be out doing activities all day.... More
