Stayed at the Manna Gum cottage for 2 nights and loved the beautiful cottage that overlooks the vineyard and is tucked away from the street. The complimentary bottle of Pinot Noir and the pizzas were delicious. Barbara and Bob were very friendly and helpful and most of all, did a fantastic job in building these eco-friendly self sustainable accommodations. Slept... More

Not much beats this place. We stayed for 2 nights in The Fernery, and it was bliss from the moment we arrived. Music was already playing quietly and a bottle of complimentary Pinot Noir stood waiting. Barbara and Bob have made these cottages not only self sustainable, and eco friendly, but guests are left wanting for nothing. CD's, DVD's, reading... More

My husband and I recently enjoyed a 2 night stay in the "Bidgee Widgee" Cottage at the Gisborne Peak Winery. Not really knowing what to expect, we were both extremely impressed. The cottage was not only beautifully presented, it was equipped with some great reading material and a lovely selection of cd's. Music greeted us as we entered the cottage... More

My husband and I recently celebrated our first wedding aniversary here. It was a short drive from Geelong and we couldn't help but relax the minute we arrived. In the evening it felt as if we had the whole vineyard to ourselves. We took a tasting platter up to our cottage and sat back with a lovely bottle of sparling... More

Set on a hillside above the cellar door, these little cottages are the perfect quiet weekend getaway. Staff at the winery were helpful and friendly, there were very generous supplies for breakfast, and all was quiet and peaceful even when all three cottages were occupied. I just wish I'd realised beforehand that there was an electric frying pan under the... More

A great place to relax and escape your busy lifestyle. A very peaceful location among the vines, with great breakfast provisions and a lovely complementary bottle of Gisborne Peak wine for our two night stay. A very clean and comfortable eco escape with the winery close by for tastings and coffee. We will be back.

My wife and I spent the new year's weekend here and we were lucky to get the last cottage. We stayed at the Mannagum cottage and we were so pleasantly surprised by the comfort and cleanliness of the place. While it doesn't look like much from the outside with the corrigated metal walls and shed-like appearance, inside was very pleasant... More
