“DO NOT STAY HERE”

First thing stated at reception was 'DON'T BE NOISEY' from the unpleasant manager. The upstairs room was dirty, mould in the shower and on the shower curtain rail. The UDL milk was off. there were discarded used needles on the roof of the 1st floor. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Stayed here all the time. All the rooms are clean and tidy, definitely No Bed Bugs. The location is great and accessible to all the shops which i always love to go. The manager was so helpful and approachable that anytime i need something, they are always there for us. The rooms has cooking facilities so i can cook anytime... More

The Manager requested payment immediately, before I entered allocated room Paid him in full, with Cash. No receipt offered. Unfortunately I neglected to request one. Stayed 4 nights. Had four breakfast's. Paid cash every evening for these. Room a bit run down, Towel rails not intact to wall, cupboard handles hanging loosely. When returned home, later that evening, manager rang... Me my partner and our baby moved from the motel we where in to beach motor inn 9 beach st frankston anyhow my little family and i stayed in rm3 all was fine till the second night when i felt things biteing me started scratching come morning when we got up i had all these bites over my arms legs...
