Nach den Grampians und der Great Ocean Road wollten wir uns drei Tage auf der Mornington Peninsula ausruhen, um fit für die Weiterfahrt nach Sydney zu sein. Nach schon einer Nacht verliessen wir das Motel und tauschten es mit einem tollen B&B! Das Motel ist ein typisches Etappenmotel ohne Charme und viel zu teuer!

Rooms were large and comfortable, but almost as overpriced as their daily breakfast. (Dinner, on the other hand, seemed to be priced within reason and had several good selections.) The staff, though, almost made up for any shortcomings as they were extremely helpful in providing directions and recommendations on sightseeing trips. Some noise from outside but nothing unbearable.

Unexpected visit to Frankston and the service provided by staff was excellent. Went out of his way to accommodate us for five evenings. Walking distance to town, good parking, clean and very affordable.

We stayed here for only one night but the location was excellent. Close to beach, very close to huge shopping centre, right near train station. The rooms were good value and the restaurant meal was excellent. Phil and Barry really looked after us. Great base to explore the Mornington Peninsula or catch the train into Melbourne.

couldnt get into Quest,so had to try here. Basically just slept and then left early the next morning. People smoking on nearby balconies was an annoyance though. the room and all amenities in it were standard,and did the the job for an overnight quick sleep. traffic noise was a little annoying though. I have been staying at the International for years, the service is always great, and i really think the food has gotten much better, last time i stayed i had the best steak I'd ever eaten, brought to my room. The spa rooms are great, standard decor, but clean, large and have a balcony for the smoker in the group.... More

clean and tidy rooms, with the friendliest receptionist there is. if you want a value for money, clean, and friendly hotel in this area, then look no further. one small criticism, the breakfast could have been a bit more imaginative, but i'd be happy to stay there again.
