The spa room was gorgeous! We enjoyed the hot massage bath so much after the whole day of adventures on the Phillip Island :) The receptionist was so-o very nice taking into account that we checked in pretty late in the evening. The mini-bar prices were reasonable.

I stayed 3nights,cannot fault this Best Western,the staff were great,and the restaurant food was excellent.I have stayed in many five star hotels,and the staff and restaurant were not as helpful as these people. Iwould recommend this and I will return soon.

We stayed in an Executive Room. The rooms are quite large with a decent bathroom however the off putting colour of the furnishings, the fraying carpet, the creaky cupboards etc are a big let down. I must say I got a pleasant surprise at this hotel. Staff were very helpful, courteous and on hand whenever needed. The room was well appointed.
