I made a reservation for Frankston B&B through checkin.com.au website. First of all we arrived here at 12.40pm and our check in time was 12.30pm. Your website specifically says we can check in at 12pm. When we arrived at 12.40pm the house keeper said the room was not ready and to come back in one hour time. Was so inconvenient specially with a todler.
Secondly , my 2 year old daughter was looking forward to get into the heated swimming pool (as per your website) and the pool is not heated and it is extreamly dirty with food containers and wraps in the pool appart from other dirt in it.My little one and we were all looking forward to have a nice time and it was really dissapointing.
Thirdly, Your website said we can hire movies and watch movies. DVD in our room was not working and when called the housekeeper she was not helpful at all and I asked if she could send someone to fix it and she said there is no one to send here and we could not watch movies..So we gave...
