From the moment we booked, the Trackers staff were very helpful. The lodge is central to everything with easy access to the snowfields. When we arrived we were a bit offput by the outside of the lodge for the price we had paid but once inside it all turned out well. Room was great, we had a spa, great view and the food was amazing. Staff were really friendly and helpful, we will be back. More
