“a good overnighter on the way to the Grampians”

Like living in a museum, among all the family treasures. The owner is really helpful and friendly and the breakfast was really good. The room is quite small, but the bathroom is huge and spotless with a great bath and fluffy towels. For movie buffs of the silent era, this is a must.

What a delightful place to stay. Wonderful Australian bush setting but only minutes by car from the heart of Ballarat. Our host Donald was a little accentric, in the most delightful way. “Great place to get away from the City and relax”

Stayed here en route from Melbourne to Halls Gap. We took the double which is in the main house. The guy that runs it is very friendly and helpful and cooks a great breakfast.
