Usually when visiting Sydney we stay in the CBD hotels, park the car and walk; This time we decide for a different approach; Staying in [Mercure Hotel] Parramatta and use the car; it’s just a few minutes from Sydney CBD [good location]; Hotel parking is free [a plus]; Rooms, Service, etc… are very good. Good value for money. More

Worked booked this hotel for me. As my wife and son traveled with i rang them to change room types they were most helpful. The only downside restaurant closed by 9pm and the room service steak as cut very thin(cost saver) and the spa isn't heated More

Great service and friendly staff. Clean and very family friendly. Restaurant a little pricey, but excellent food. A good nights sleep and rooms were nice and big. Swimming pool and spa were used and provided great delight for our little one! More
