Front desk staff always polite, cheerful and very helpful. Good size room. Bed very comfortable. A bit pricey but what do you expect given its location at airport? Have stayed there before and would do so again.

I stayed for one night and found the hotel to be adequate. The rooms are in typical Ibis style quite small. The service was friendly and efficient and one of the better parts of the stay. The rooms very clean and beds comfortable. A very handy place to stay before a 6am overseas flight given the problems with Sydney traffic and we would certainly book in again in similar circumstances.

During a short one night stopover I enjoyed staying at this location. It was easy to find by taxi and shuttle buses run between airport and hotel regularly for a fee of only a few dollars. Well worth trying! Room a little small for a queen sized room but adequate for a short stay
