Whilst the staff were polite, the hotel itself is in a terrible state. Rooms were damp with stains on the walls, ceiling and carpets. Dirty paint work, Mouldy bathrooms the food was inedible and we could not wait to leave. The evening meal boasted chefs veg, it turned out to be tinned peas! The breakfrast was a farce, the eggs must have been fried the night befor and kept warm till breakfast you could bounce them off the floor! same with the rubber bacon.... More

just got back from the worst hotel we have ever stayed in .we were moved rooms, had no heating in either. The rooms are all in bad state of repair beds are very hard ,and the bathroom well, what can i say it was disgusting, you opened the door and the front of the bath fell off there were holes... More

The room I stayed in was a very nice . staff was polite & friendly. But some other rooms are not as great as was mine. Breakfast was nice. Great for parking and near to royal glamorgan hospital only 10-15 min walk from hotel.

We stayed at the Three Saints overnight when we attended a ReUnion there. The staff were very helpful throughout, the bar well attended and the RED MINT restaurant was excellent.
