The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. The room was comfortable with a nice welcoming atmosphere. Convenient car park right next to it, and very convenient for the town. Stayed for 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone needing a good hotel in central Pembrokeshire.

The only good thing was the kind staff who were clearly embarresed by the attitude of the management who could not have cared less. Having double booked the room I was in they proposed that the only solution was to pack up for one night only and share with a relative. Non of the management were around in the evenings... More

The positive things first: The hotel has free car park that's closed at night, the staff was friendly, and the location is good (a bit noisy though). Now the negative: Reception area looked OK, but a bit old-fashioned. The room stank of cigarettes, the furniture was poor and the cleaning personnel was in a hurry when they cleaned the bathroom.... Terrible place stank of stale cigarettes, sticky carpets, miserable staff, green coffee, terrible drinks, even worse food, cheapest sausage on the planet for breakfast. I could go on. Will not return under any circumstances.
