Spotlessy clean, good value for money and walking distance to the beach - nothing overly fancy but what do you expect at that price?! Would definately return!

Good sized rooms and ecellent breakfasts cooked to order. Only downside is the external staircase - tricky when you're on the 2nd floor and travelling with an elderley Mum! I recommend it as close to the beach.
