We arrived at Pen Y Cefn two very soggy and tired hikers, to be greated at the door by Jenny and Colin. It would be difficult to imagine two less appealing looking guests arriving at your B&B.Instead, our waterproofs and boots were whisked away to be dried, we were presented with tea coffee and chocolate biscuits before being taken up... A really great place to stay - excellent quality for money - beautiful luxury accommodation, food and hosts who go out of their way to provide top quality service - guests are treated like royalty and dear friends.. This was the second time we stayed here. Best B&B we ever stayed at.

The hospitality was great. The place was spotless and the rooms were very tastefully decorated. Jenny was very flexible and obliging and nothing seemed too much trouble. It was an ideal location for walking that section of the Anglesey Coastal Path. We will certainly recommend the place to our family and friends.

We have rarely had such a warm welcome as we had from Jenny & Colin who were impeccable hosts and did their utmost to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Our room was very comfortable, nicely furnished and spotless as was the superb en-suite which had a fabulous double shower. The breakfast was better than you get in some... More

Once again Jenny & Colin have worked their wonders on our stay. We don't feel like guest, just friends & family. The food is superb, rooms warm, comfy, extremely clean & with host like Jenny & Colin nothing is too much trouble. We have stayed quite a few times & we will be back for more, we just love it.

This was our second trip to Anglesey and to be quite honest the only reason we went their again was to see Jenny and Colin. On our first trip they made us feel so welcome that we felt more like family than guests and this feeling was more than reinforced on our second trip. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble... More

We recently stayed at the guesthouse whilst visiting Anglesey for a wedding. My husband and myself travelled with our young daughter and my sister in law, on arrival at the guesthouse we were made to feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble, even to the extent of ironing my husbands shirt on the morning of the wedding! The... More
