Great Hotel-great location. Just returned from 3 night stay @ Wylfa Sept 2012. Warm welcome, very comfortable and spotlessly clean room. friendly staff willing to offer suggestions for walks and places to visit during our stay. Great cooked breakfast. What more could you want! Wylfa is ideally located for touring around Llyn Peninsular. Highly recommended. :-)

Stayed here in Aug 2011, they fitted us in last minute despite being busy. Owners were just lovely and helped us find somewhere to stay the following night as they were fully booked. Hotel was very clean, great location, very homely and do a lovely breakfast. Would stay here again and would highly recommend.

2 nights in the Wylfa Triple Room (particularly after a nights camping in storm) was most enjoyable. Location is perfect and the breakfast was unsurpassed. Previous reviews have mentioned traffic noise in Room 2 but this not really a problem and my 5 year old slept like a log (unusual in itself). A lovely stay and will certainly be returning... More

We paid £99 per night, so I really wasn't happy at the standard of this hotel. If I had paid £60 per night I would of accepted it as a basic hotel. But it is not worth the price we paid. We had to move rooms and on the second night our radiator would not work, so we were freezing.... More

The owners would like to make the following comments:- £60 a night bed & breakfast would not get you a room in Abersoch on a prime summer weekend. Your original booking was made online and was for a one night stay, the only room left when you rang and requested a second night was a different one and I did... More

We booked this hotel the night before we arrived in Abersoch. The hotel was very clean, the breakfast was excellent, the room was nicely presented, the beach and centre of town are just a few minutes walk. if you want to walk to the beach the quickest way is down the road which runs immediately to the side of the... We turned up unannounced hoping for a family room for 1 night. Debbie was very accommodating and offered us the rooms at the top of the house. The rooms comprised of 2 twin-bedded rooms (although Debbie was expecting people in for the next night and had split the beds in one room which are usually together as a kingsize) and... More

We have stayed at the Wylfa on a number of occasions. The hosts (Steve and Debbie) are very friendly and sociable. The breakfasts are a real treat and bedrooms are always immaculately turned out. the local pubs/bars are great and Abersoch offers some great walks. The beaches are superb. Its (the Wylfa) location is perfect for quick access to the... More

The hotel is well located, the owners and staff are pleasant and friendly. Bed was very comfortable and standard of accommodation was acceptable for the price we paid. My only concern was the property is more suited for dog lovers as there is certainly a welcoming smell of pooch on arrival on a wet day. The breakfasts, both food quality... More

I have stayed at the Wylfa several times and I have always had a fantastic experience. The hotel is a stones throw away from the beach and also the local pubs and shops (what more can you ask for!!!) The owners Debbie and Steve are extremely friendly and advised us on the nice restaurants in the area. They also do... More
