The best B&B I've ever stayed in and top three most memorable paid stays anywhere. The building is fantastic - filled with delightful things and history. Wonderful warm welcome and a fantastic breakfast.

I found The Tower by accident and am so glad that I did. Hidden away in beautiful countryside but close to all the amenities you might want. It's seclusion and discretion is part of it's allure and I almost don't want to advertise it to anyone else to help keep the secret Exceptional breakfast, glorious breakfast room and luxurious bedroom.... There are no words to describe this experience. B & B is quite an understatement. Wonderful room, experience, breakfast and hosts. Sure, the satnav will not get you there...but thats to keep the riffraff away. If you can find your way here, you have passed the first test...and only those worthy shall enjoy the experience. Well done to you both!

Unique listed building in owners family for several centuries. Very hospitable anf friendly hosts, high quality breakfast (probably the best bacon i have tasted since the late 1960's) and guided tour of the house on departure. Really enjoyed our stay and will visit again if the opportunity arises. Stayed 2 nights in different rooms. Both very good. Only slight negative... More

We stayed for just one night recently and could not fault the accomodation, cleanliness, breakfast or the tour around the Tower. The rooms were like stepping back in time but with all the modern conviences. Our room appeared to have a new e-nsuite complete with underfloor heating. The room we had had a 16 feet ceiling and was probably over... More

Recently stayed at this lovely B&B in Mold for 1 night with my husband as we were visiting family in the area. We have previously stayed in hotels but as it was a last minute booking everything was booked and came across this B&B on the Internet that had really good reviews. it really does live up to the good... What an amazing place. A wonderful old building and beautiful grounds. Marie and Charles are gracious hosts. The rooms are huge and beautifully maintained. Crisp white sheets and beautiful tall elegant windows looking out onto the pond and gardens. Marie sets a delicious breakfast table with all you could ask for. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Why would you... More

Totally agree with previous reviews, the owners/ hosts are lovely, you arrive a guest and leave feeling you are leaving as a friend. We were in Lady Mainwaring room, a big room with a massive bed, a window overlooking the lake. The ensuite was new and spotless, with only a walk-in shower, no bath. The Sir George Wynne room has... We booked this bed and breakfast to celebrate our 18th Wedding Anniversary away from the children. The room was an amazing 18ft cube and maintained in keeping with the age of the property - 500 years in the family. We were driven to our chosen venue for dinner and had a great breakfast. We stayed for 2 days, but we... More
