Nice place. Typical of a Holiday Inn Express. Room was very clean, mattress was ok. Breakfast was ample (scrambled eggs, biscuits w/out gravy, sausage, yogurt, fruit, great cinnamon rolls and juice and coffee. Outdoor pool looked very clean (didn't try it. . too tired).

Room was clean staff was friendly and was near Sun Studio. Bed was comfortable.Only stayed one night so could not comment on much. Not a far drive to Beale St. and easy to get to and from downtown.
After reading some of the google reviews of this property I was a little worried about staying here for Memphis in May Beale Street Music festival. Hotel was average; it is an older Holiday Inn Express but it was clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is very convenient if you are going to Methodist Hospital ; it is located a block from the Methodist Hospital. There isn't much within walking distance, but restaurants are close by.

Rooms are way too small for the price... No closet space and the thermostat on the ac/heat didn't work... It has a good location and the complimentary breakfast is always nice, but I don't think we'll be staying there again. We love Holiday Inn Express, but this was a dissapointment.

Very nice staff that was more than helpful. Rooms were clean and nice. Hotel had problems that seemed to be from getting old. I would stay there again.
Stayed the weekend and had a very goodnights rest. Really friendly staff (Jessica) and yummy cinnamon rolls.
Most holiday inn express have microwaves and mini fridge. This one did not. Executive suite very small. Toilet leaked for about 8 hours before they came to fix it. We had to place all the towels on the floor to soak up the water. Stains on the walls and carpet.
