The hotel was worth the price paid. The hotel was clean with friendly workers. I felt safe. However, furniture was broken and bathtub was filthy. The place could use a little TLC. Overall, good room for a cheap price.

Motel is now America's Best Value Inn. I was hunting for it in the list and couldn't find it. I had to match the address and matched the pictures. Not much has been improved here from the previous company. We had to split rooms to get two double beds in each room. We were told the rooms were not available...

Do not stay at the Ramada Inn on Sycamore RD. It was a horrible experience!
The first room they tried to give us had an old musky scent, like it had not been rented in awhile. The second room had broken furniture, no remote for the TV, no working phone, no internet service, mold on the bathroom ceiling, a coffee...

We were touring from Memphis, up to the Smoky s, then back another way and ending once again in Memphis. For the first part of our trip, we booked in the 4 star Crown Plaza in Memphis. This was bad, and overpriced, so we booked the Ramada for our last two nights. The hotel was over the bridge from Downtown,...

It was Saturday night. It was the only room available at that particular interstate exit ramp, right outside of Memphis. A red flag should have gone off when the desk clerk asked the manager if room 114 was rentable. But, I wanted a room, and agreed to pay the outrageous rate. Anyway, after being in the room about 2 1/2...

This hotel was okay. We did not feel unsafe at the hotel or in the neighoborhood in general. There was a little mold in the bathroom and some paint chipping off the walls. But, the beds were comfortable. The free breakfast was excellent. In the end, you get what you pay for, but I would totally stay here again and...

After staying here I doubt if I will stay at any more Ramadas. I was disappointed. The carpet was very dirty.
The trouble began the moment I stepped up to the reception desk. The clerk was having a personal conversation with a man. After waiting a few minutes, I asked if I could check in to which I got a sharp "Wait a minute." I waited while she dug in her handbag for money and gave it to the man explaining...

My husband and I went to Memphis for our anniversary. We chose this hotel because it was a great deal. The room was clean and except for the lack of a fridg, it was an o.k. room. However, on the last night of our 4 day/3 night stay, we returned to the hotel to learn the electronic keys didn't work....
