I used my Hilton Points to stay here for free....nice place and close to everything... the breakfast was awesome...cook to order. When we first got there they put us in a 2 double bed room which was not going to work for us so we asked and they changed us to a King Room... :)) I would stay here again

I stay at a lot of Hamptons and this one needs to be updated. My room had a smell to it, kind of musty but unpleasant. Front desk staff were terrific but facilities need to be modernized.

I should start by saying that the staff is really good here. Not a super great area of town but if you're passing through for a quick stay off the highway or pretty close to the airport it'll do. Rooms are clean.

Nice hotel, decent breakfast, clean rooms, friendly staff, easy highway access. Not in the best of neighborhoods, not in the worst of neighborhoods.

This Hampton was average, but the staff especially Brandon were most excellent. Beware this hotel although relatively close to the Memphis airport is not in the best part of town in fact the hotel had a wrought iron fence around it with spikes on top...YIKES!!!! Location is fantastic just minutes away from all attractions. Quiet, clean and well run. The front desk staff could not be better. All were very helpful in giving us directions and offering suggestions. Hampton Inns are the best -- and this one is great. So close to the airport -- I will be back again and again.

Located outide of Memphis in the Southeast corridor. Stayed en route to Florida, so the hotel was located perfectly for our desire to get a fast start the next morning. The front desk was courteous and efficient, and our room was spacious and clean. The complimentory breakfast was excellent. We'll stay here again.
