Very good welcome, very quiet. It is a lovely place and we enjoy our stay. Nice Scottish breakfast also.

Good point - you can see red squirrels in the garden. Bad points. Generally tired and tatty decoration. Bathrooms fitted by someone who has never seen a spirit level. We stopped here for an overnight. The house is Victorian and is decorated in period colours/style; a little dark in some corners. The pleasant owners have chosen to furnish it with (mostly) older stuff; not so good if you are committed minimalists!
