A warm welcome and a feeling that the owners really are glad that you have come to Braefield house. It is in an excellent location, quiet, pretty and relaxing and would definitely enhance anybodys holiday experience.

We booked The Braefield for a long week end, using the previous 2 reviews as a guide. We were not disappointed. This B&B stands on a hillside with a few other Victorian villas overlooking Portpatrick harbour. The views from the front-facing rooms and the dining room are just stunning. This is a bit sad to admit, but one of the reasons I picked this place is that they have a large private car park (many of the other B&B's in Portpatrick have on street parking only and I’m particular where I leave my car).
