I think what you have to remember here is that the hotel in in administration, has been for a few years and not a lot is being spent on it. if you are looking for 5 star accommodation go somewhere else. all I can say is what a huge disappointment! The hotel is set amongst the most beautiful scenery, but the rooms are a disgrace. Our rooms were awful, we had 2 rooms in the annexe across the carpark at the back, they were filthy, stained, and still had the rubbish in the bin from the previous occupants.
