This hotel is a mish mash of old parts and even older parts! Dirt everywhere, smelly rooms and very average food which was nearly always luke warm. However the staff were pleasant and the bed linen was clean. How this hotel survives is a mystery. An advert on the front of the hotel states West Lothian's premier wedding venue -... More

Stayed here for 1 night while attending a party in the function room. The ground floor of the hotel and restaurant have been modernised and looked very nice, the function room was also clean and tidy and a decent size. Our room was right above reception in the main part of the building and while a little old fashioned with... More

Reception area and restaurant are really nice but upstairs is a different story. Small, cold, badly furnished, tatty, miniscule bathroom complete with a good helping of black mould. To top it all off, the grotty pub (complete with the wolrds most miserable barman) which is attached downstairs played loud music until gone midnight, not good if like me, you had... More

Front of house ie restaraunt was very good, service was good, the hotel rooms were disgusting, mould on bathroom ceiling, carpets filthy and shower filthy, rooms tiny, me and my friends complained and a whole£12 was taken off price, my advice is there is a travel lodge 500 yards away it is clesn reasonable priced and has a good restaraunt.... Had worked in Bathgate for the previous 2 weeks and had stayed in the Premier Inn which was fab but unfortunately they had no rooms left on these required dates. Arrived at hotel after a 4.5 hour car journey with a collegue and were given rooms 20 & 17. First we had to walk through the restaurant to reach these,... More

This hotel was awful... Room smelled of damp. Furnishings poor, no stool for dressing table. Shower so small you could barely turn around. Black mould in bottom of shower and a gallon of bleach would not have gone amiss. Entire shower enclosure had not been cleaned in a long time. Cistern on toilet did not fit properly, clearly had been... More

Stayed at the Kaim Park for one night in August whilst attending a function. The entrance to the Hotel from the main road is a bit tight but once into the car park plenty of room. Main entrance was nice enough and reception quick and efficient. The location of our room meant that we had to walk through the dining... More

Firstly it has to be noted that this hotel is NOT part of the Swallow chain but now a privately ran hotel. We arrived in the afternoon to be greeted by a very friendly and helpful receptionist. We had room 20 which was big enough with a decent view into the garden and a nice big bathroom (the shower did... More
