Stayed here several times before, they have recently had a fire in the bat and a section is undergoing refurbishment but this didn't spoil the atmosphere. The food is always first class and great value, perfect after a long day outdoors.

We stayed for two nights,the room was clean and bright.The bed was really comfortable and two pillows each without having to ask,yes!(other hotels please note) food was excellent,(balsamic salmon ,the best!)All of the staff were really friendly and helpful.A real gem of a hotel.
