A quality, modern hotel enhanced most by staff with good old fashioned manners. Rooms are plush and comfortable, hard to leave the room even with the stunning surroundings. The food is first class, prepare to be spoiled. A memory maker. Don't hesitate.

Just back after a great night in this Gem of a Hotel that puts a lot of mainland hotels to shame, Room 210 has great views from all windows and bed is awesome as well as decor and the shower. Being a fellow Islander that has spent many a night in various hotels throughout the world with my work this... More

This is a nicely modernised restaurant within the hotel. The food was very good. It was nice to get something that didn't involve chips!! I had the haggis, neeps and tatties with the whisky sauce, it was delicious. Reasonably priced and friendly staff

Simple frontage overlooking the beautiful sheltered port that serves the Caledonian Macbrayne ferry from Skye hides a jewel of a hotel. Well appointed rooms are small but excellently maintaied. The hotel's location on the harbourside means that it is ideal for foot passengers but there is a free public car park opposite the hotel, in which I always used overnight.... More

This hotel is stunning, the decor is done to a very good standard, dinner was very good and quick, breakfast was also very good and great selection to choose from. The rooms are a good size and very comfortable. I must say we really enjoyed our stay.

Booked here for a special overnight trip to the island and my husbands birthday whilst on holiday in northern Scotland. Friendly place, nice bar staff. Room (210) has a superking bed, very comfortable. Bathroom has an amazingly good shower. some noise disturbance trough the walls from other rooms(thinnish walls). Ferry in overnight and right outside so earplugs needed if you are... More

After a disastrous series of dining experiences in cold and dreich Stornoway my two friends and I couldn't wait to get to Harris for some respite. We found ourselves in the lounge bar of the Hotel Hebrides and seated ourselves in some comfy leather sofas in a quiet corner opposite the bar. The service was fantastic. really helpful and quick.... I had lunch in the bar last week. The restaurant was not yet open for the tourist season. The standard has really slipped since my last visit here. The service from the barman was excellent. Could not have been more attentive. However, the kitchen let him down and the steak sandwich was poor to average. Two things not to do:... More

This is one of my new favorite hotels, it is so nice inside, the rooms even though not big, are very clean, modern, comfortable and unique, with nice big tv's and free wifi. I've stayed a few times and to be honest it's the best around, the food is really great, and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. I... More
