Great welcome by Joan Ann. Perfect view on the beautiful bay. Near enough to the town of Portree. Spotless room. Very good breakfast.

The view over Portree bay is outstanding. Close enough to the town without being in the buzz. Front entrance steps are difficult but helped by a handrail. Good parking.

We stayed here while on a trip to the Isle of Skye, and were very well welcomed by our hosts. Joan-Ann had great advice about the area. The room was comfortable, spotless, and breakfast was good. About a 10-15 minute walk from Portree town centre.

With a perfect location, the Woodlands B&B and their team (owner Joan Ann and her two daughters) made our stay perfect! Our room was clean, comfy and with outstanding views of Portree's Harbour, couldn't have been better. And the breakfast was delicious!

Booked this b & b online after reading reviews on tripadvisor. Was more than pleasantly surprised at the accommodation.
