The moment we arrived we were greeted with smiles and a pot of tea. We were offered another room due to our height and the size of the bed in the room we booked. Booked a table in the dining room for a special occasion, staying locally in a cottage for a weeks holiday and wife's birthday. Ambience, host, food, wine were all excellent, locally sourced food had real favour with the balance just right. A very enjoyable relaxed evening
